Model-T, one-pickup, Jet Black

They used to say "any color you like - as long as it's black," so I figured I ought to do a black Model T, and here it is! It has an Ebony fingerboard to continue the black theme up the neck, and the whole thing is offset by the Tortoise Shell pick-guard and binding. The Wolfetone P90 has that true "vintage crunch" and with the TonePros bridge it actually plays in tune....!

This is an amazing sounding guitar!

Model T, Black Limba, Caramel finish

My sweet tooth got the better of me with this Black Limba T, with a Caramel finish and cream parts. Tasty!
This particular guitar has a Madagascar Rosewood fingerboard which looks a lot like Brazilian. The pickups are Lindy Fralin standard vintage P90s, which do sound really good. It has a TonePros bridge and Gotoh tuners. Very nice looking guitar!

Model-T, one-pickup, Sonic Blue finish

Here is another new color option for the Model T - a rather nice vintage style Sonic blue. This particular guitar has the optional dot fingerboard inlays. It has a Voodoo P90 and a Wilkinson bridge. The body is very light Philippine Mahogany which is a very resonant and vibrant wood. A great sounding, and practical guitar!

(This color would also look rather good with an off-white pickguard and black pickup cover.)

Model T, Black Limba (original)

The Model T offers a fully hand-built guitar at an entry-level price. Simple but functional.
While Black Limba is still readily available, I will offer this as an option to Mahogany. It has very good tonal characteristics and lends itself very well to this style of guitar.
I've used a TonePros wraparound bridge and a Razor P90 which has plenty of "bite."

Model-T, two-pickup, Black Limba,

With the addition of a second P90 pickup, the tone-range of the T is suddenly increased. Rather than using two soap -bar P90s, as is more traditional, I kept the original dog-ear bridge pickup so that I could still use the sculpted pickguard shape. The Black Limba is a very interesting looking wood - I've taken some new pictures here to try and show the unique grain patterns that this wood contains. A great sounding guitar!

Model-T, TV Yellow finish

This Model-T takes a giant step back in time with a classic 50's finish. It has an ultra-light Philippine body that gives it the most amazing sustain. The P90 pickup sounds truly vintage. It has a Rosewood fingerboard with a neck joining the body at the 22nd fret for total access. Plug this guitar in, turn it up and play, and you'll understand why "simple" definitely works!

Model T, Cherry Red

Here is a new version of the Model T in a traditional Cherry Red finish. This is a two-pickup version, but can, of course, be made as easily with one pickup. The P90s on this guitar are Voodoos - sounds pretty amazing!

Model T, Metallic blue

Here is a Model T with a very sharp looking metallic blue finish - as a variation from the regular wood grain finishes. Apart from this, it's a regular single pickup T using a Kent Armstrong pickup, a Badass bridge and Gotoh tuners.

Neck dimensions:
Scale Length: 24 3/4 inches
Width at nut: 1 11/16 inches, width at 22nd fret: 2 1/4 inches.
Neck thickness at first fret: .890 inches to .910 inches. Thickness at 12th fret: .990 inches to 1.000 inches.
General neck shape is based on a 50's Gibson which is a 'C' shape at the body end tapering down to a slight
'V' shape at the nut end.
Neck/body joint: Neck joins body at 21st fret. Heel is cut away to an unobtrusive but safe minimum.
